Lower floor has open concept,a service kitchen,stainless fridge and dishwasher, ice crusher and blender, everything to service a BBQ on the deck outside at beachlevel, dining seats4 inside.
Cozy den with view and relaxing leather sofa. Large 4 pc bath with shower and oversize corner tub. Bedroom duplicates master in size and closet space. Laundry has all supplies, iron and ironing board.
Master bedroom, has queen bed, quality linens and large closet space.
